Bleacherreport.com's 2009 Wolves Prediction

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/5087 ... mberwolves

I found this to be a great laugh. Some key "points"

In the offseason following the 2006-07 season, the Timberwolves sent their lone franchise player, Kevin Garnett, to the Boston Celtics for five players. These included: injury prone center Theo Ratliff, upcoming power forward Al Jefferson, flashy youngsters Rashad McCants and Gerald Green, and point guard Sebastian Telfair.

PF: Al Jefferson
Note: Even though he played mostly center last year, Jefferson could not compete with Jarron Collins of Utah or Greg Oden of Portland. Jefferson is like a duplicate of Zach Randolph.

He may be the go-to-guy in the post at the moment for Minnesota, but Minnesota can definitely find someone better for the long haul.

Also, if you are wondering why I didn't put Kevin Love in here, it's because he is not fast enough to compete with the veteran big men of the NBA.

They also make no mention of Ryan Gomes on the team, and also have Snyder and Doleac in our projected 2nd unit. Also mentions that Brew isnt starting because he is injured (news to me?) And of course he/she also fails to actually project the number of wins-losses.

Awesome

This guy couldn't be any more perfect for a Journalism/Political Science double major. He doesn't research his material or have any facts to back up his outlandish claims (Journalism) and he's (Please Use More Appropriate Word) (Political Science)

Apparently Big Al couldn't compete with Greg Oden, either. Greg Oden led the league in DNP-CD last year.

Hey, if this kid can re-write history, so can I.

Wow....not to be mean at all, but this is absolutely terrible. The FACTS are all screwed up, let alone the opinions being based on fiction themselves. Wow.....just wow....

Wow, I mean highschool kids aren't idiots. This guy is a senior. There is no excuse for this. If he was like in the 5th grade I'd cut him some slack but there is no excuse for this kind of lazy journalism if that site of his is supposed to be serious.

In his comments he lists people Al Jefferson can't compete with. One of them is Amare, lol. I was both of those Phoenix games, and I'd have to strongly disagree.

Bleacher report sucks.

That site is not to be taken seriously. Unfortunate that a Blazer fan wrote that article, too.
