Trade Proposal

Post#1 » by Bleeding Blue » Wed Sep 10, 2008 1:30 pm

I have been proposed this trade:

Trade Ben Roethlisberger, Wes Welker and LaDainian Tomlinson and receive Peyton Manning and Laurence Maroney.....what do you think?

He's obviously trying to take advantage of the fact that you're a colts fan. Seriously. C'mon. You took Tomlinson over Peyton Manning to begin with. Not only that, but there is no way in hell I'd take Maroney over Roethlisberger. The Steelers looked dynamite this past weekend. Roethlisberger is coming off a season in which he threw more TD's and less INT's than Manning. With Morris getting all the goal line carries, I'm not putting a ton of value on Maroney. Oh yeah, then you have to throw in Welker.

No way I would ever consider this trade.. It would probably be vetoed if you accepted it as well

Thanks.....i thought it looked like a bad trade, but I wasn't sure. I have been a fan of the NFL for a long time, but this is my first attempt at fantasy football.....
