This will be iiiinteresting. I'm hoping we're not going balls to the wall halfcourt, and I'm encouraged by the fact that Porter says we'll still be running off of defensive stops. I'm just wondering if we'll take advantage of getting the ball quickly inbounds right after the other team has scored for some easy buckets like we used to.

We will see. but this game will not tell us everything. I am going to reserve my judgment on him until at least the all-star break.

Re: Suns to try Porter's Philosophy Tonight
I think in tonight's game we'll see us trying a strictly Porter style and then depending on how well we do, we go from there. Unlike D'Antoni I think Porter would adjust our game if his plan isn't as successful as first thought. Though I'd hate to think that we'll turn into a mad slowed down team like Pistons or Spurs. However I'm sure if things aren't going good Nash will turn our team back to a Pre-Porter offense.

I don't think it aired tonight man. The first televised preseason game is Saturday on TNT, and then it's no games televised until the regular season.
