If i were to make a keeper league, would ACTIVE people join?

I was thinking about making a keeper league and i was wondering if ACTIVE people will join. I was in a really good one before but then everyone just stopped and no ones active now. I was just seeing everyones interest if i made a keeper league. probably 10 team league and if i get enough people we can discuss how many players and everything. but u can get a hold of me on aim-michiganhater23 or email-jorshyp23@yahoo.com or just on here. I would really like to have a keeper league that has really good owners and is a very active and fun league.
