Old Woodson Article

Funny how things change. This was written in 2006. Woodson has definitely been worth every penny in my opinion.

Thanks for posting this article.

Due to the nature of his contract, I assumed he was going to be a two to three year rental before getting cut. Now I'm thinking, unless his play goes way down or he gets seriously injured, he'll be here through the life of that deal. Maybe he has to move to safety in a couple years (though Bigby, Collins and Rouse may have those positions locked down), but he's been outstanding.

Hell, if he keeps up his current level of play he's going to be a NFL DPOY candidate.

Good find. I remember his first few games not being that stellar. I'm glad to see he isn't returning punts and not even being thought about as an offensive option as the article stated. He's really come into his own and become a great corner. This system has really brought out the best in him.

Woodson is TT's best signing hands down. I'm in love with the guy; man crush all the way.
