Wow, a nationally televised game for us :-) I just want to see 30+ minutes from Nick Young and McGee.

I hate playing the Rockets. Their defense is stifling. I'll never forget the last time we played them. It was back when they were on that 20-game winning streak. It was one of the most impressive defensive performances I've ever seen in the NBA. We just couldn't score. It seemed like they had 6 or 7 defenders on the court! Every single shot was contested.

We lost 94-69 but that was only after they let up in the 2nd half. The score at halftime was 51-23.

You read that right: 51-23.

I believe that was their first game after Yao was announced out for the rest of the season but they still ended up winning around 15 games after that. The Rockets don't seem to be playing at that level right now but I don't like the Wizards' chances.

There are maybe two teams I'd predict a win against right now. Houston is not one of them.

Eddie on the radio: "..You have to have length to compete with Houston".

Starting line: Dee Brown + JVMcG again with AD off the bench...

1st offensive possession - McGee with a strong drive and made basket against Yao

1st defensive possession - McGee with a strong defensive stop against Yao, and the rebound

Man, what a start by the Wiz. To say I'm shocked is an understatement.

Looking good thus far. McGee is playing well on both ends.

Good gravy, McGee already out of the game. What, were things going to well, we needed a shakeup?
