Re: Bell and Diaw on the move??
Nah, it needs its own thread. I know its on the game thread, but its not noticeable.
First, Kerr is going to be on Gambo and Ash soon to talk about the trade. So tune in to KTAR 620.
About the trade. I like it, but am not flipping out. I think this makes us better, and am going to miss Bell and what he brought to this team. But if we are going to contend, we better get stronger in this area, and we did with JRich as our starting SG. I thought he was old, but he is only 27. This is a big trade, and a good one. One I did not think would happen.
Dundley is a solid player and cheap. Wish we could have got a big out of this or a PG. I also wish we could have got rid of Dragic. But kerr would not do that because he is right o f course.
I still think we need a big and a real backup PG. Then things will look better.

I like it, except Singletary going out, that's not good, should have sent Dragic out instead.

Jason Richardson-G/F-Bobcats Dec. 10 - 6:26 pm et
Jason Richardson has been traded to the Suns along with Jared Dudley and a 2010 second-round pick in exchange for Boris Diaw, Raja Bell and Sean Singletary.
The deal is still pending physicals, but playing with Steve Nash should only do good things for Richardson's value, while Diaw could potentially emerge as the Bobcats starting power forward and is a worthwhile waiver wire target. Just keep in mind that Diaw has never produced outside of Phoenix, so don't expect any miracles. Raja Bell's limited value probably doesn't change much with the deal, though he probably won't attempt quite as many treys in Charlotte.
