suggestions for improvement

Hello all,
After several weeks of play, I was wondering what I could do to improve my time.
I play in a 20-team, 13-cat league and I'm currently ranked seventh.
My Roster:
Amare Stoudemire
Jason Richardson
Hedo Turkoglu
Tony Parker
John Salmons
Thaddeus Young
Wilson Chandler
Derek Fisher
Drew Gooden
Luke Ridnour

Any suggestions? I tend to lose in A/T ratio and blocked shots...
