It is odd no roster move was made that I know of to replace, Farmar cause he know that Sun Yue won't be given a chance to back up Fish.
So a back up point guard would be on my wish list for sure, Ty Lue would be nice.
An Odom trade of course would be great, outside of his post up game and the odd rebound he has been licking. He goes to the rim hard and gets an offense foul more than he scores it seems, and when he gets to the free throw line he is hitting like 6/10--in 4th Q time he hits like 20%.
G Wallace in here would bring new life to this team, Wallace gets to the ft line on average like 7 times a game and makes them. He is the dribble drive guy we need to put pressure on other clubs so than can't just send three guys to Kobe and then have Odom, Luke or Ariza have to shot J's cause they can't get to the rim.
As well when Odom is traded they will need a backup C/Pf and Reggie Evans would be ideal.. his profile is that he is an excellent rebounder, very hard worker and likes to play dirty...Like come on he is perfect for this team, as a back up....Ship Vlad out if they are not gonna use him, for Evans and K Rush like dude said earlier in trade thread.
And most of all a Celtic Beat Down on Christmas day would be the icing.....

I think defense goes hand in hand with my idea's. It's the personnel and it's identity. Gasol, Luke, Vlad, Odom, Bynum, Ariza are all pretty soft. They don't get mad ever, they don't give a hard fouls they don't rotate because they might have to hit someone and they don't take charging fouls at all.
At least w/ Ronie last year he was given the effort on defense that was needed, he seems to be the missing piece from the D of last year IMO. He came in and he let it all hang out, going for blocks and giving the Lakers interior something for other teams to worry about.
Not like this year, it's like a turnstyle w/ Gasol, Luke, Vlad, Odom and Bynum counting how many layups go in w/ a counter.
