Oh come on Kandi, you know Gammons is just a spin doctor for the Red Sox. You know if Teixeira signed there he would be talking about what a great human being Teixeira is and how his wife was going to be spending her days at soup kitchens in Boston serving "chowdah." -Jitpal

Let me interpret what Gammon means. DId Tex's wife have a secret relationship with A-Rod?

Gammons is well aware that Teixeira was Boston's #1 target, and not only did they not land him but Teix chose not to play there, so you can understand why he would be bitter and forced to be immature.

Didn't Tex's best friend, Tek fight A-Rod a few years ago? This is getting interesting.

Peter Gammons is a red sox toolbag. I'm willing to bet he would get on his knees for theo. Every single article/blog post this guy has is just praising the Red Sox and just saying how great they are. The best is the recent article where he claims the yankees are just doing it the american way, but wait, for no reason in the article he starts talking about the red sox? STRAIGHT TOOL BAG. Especially after this last article where he tries to create news and bull, I will never read another thing that old hag has to say.

peter gammons homerism toward the red sox is so apparent. He's supposed to be a professional baseball analyst. He is one of the most renowned. Dude needs to get a job with the red sox, quit espn, and homer like michael kay. gammons is a disgrace. Obviously every writer has their team, but he should try harder to be fair instead of always bein on the red sox' balls

How quickly you guys forget when he was pulling for Mariano Rivera for MVP a few years over no-brainers like Ortiz/Ramirez/Guerrero.

Come on, you can't seriously act like Gammons isn't one of the most biased people in the world. It doesn't mean he has never said a good thing about the best reliever in MLB history, but he is ridiculous. If he hears of a Red Sox prospect he mentions them immediately and how they are going to be a star. The list can go on forever.
