Great Read on LeBron

Post#1 » by gocavs23 » Thu Jan 29, 2009 11:10 am

Saw this on the general board. Very good read.

As if we need more material proving it... it basically talks about what a freak of nature LeBron is... and has some interesting stuff that make him even more scary (i.e. just started seriously lifting last june, had terrible eyesight for his first 5 seasons in the NBA before lasik surgery last year). Dude has issues.

Total BS that he didn't start lifting seriously until last June. His HS regimen was pretty insane. No idea what that author is talking about...you can't be that jacked without a legit lifting regimen.

Until you can define what "lifting seriously" meant to the respondent, you can't say that Lebron did or did not do it.

Yeah who knows really. I'm making a broad generalization but I'd say most basketball players don't "lift" the way most people do in the weight room... because the types of lifts people associate with "lifting seriously" don't really serve as the best tools to improve your basketball game... and sometimes on the contrary they can hurt certain indivduals' performance.
