this has been the first time he has been snubbed from the all-star game in 5 years. and the game is in phoenix, sucks for nash. he deserves a spot, same with jason terry, he is more then likely get 6th man of the year this year.

The good news is that NASH absolutely HATE'S the All-star game and the festivities and commitments required by it. He'll be able to chill with the Fam and relax.

--- Right, he's said in the past he'd much rather have the time off, or at least not play in the game. And honestly, if he were in it this year, it would be for reasons other than his play this year. I love the guy but he's not having an all-star season this year, for reasons we won't get into again.

If we had to have two All Stars, Nash should have gotten in over Amare.

+1

But I'm sure he's happy that he could use the break and spend it with his family.

no surprise here. It just hasn't been that type of season for Nash nor for PHX. Shaq deserves to go, Amare well, he's just the home crowd favorite. If the game would not have been played in PHX, he would off probably not made it.

It's a disgrace.

Nash was the one who had to sacrifice his game to keep the two big men fed. Without him Shaq and Amera would suck arse. I cannot just imagine the leader of the team, two-time mvp, the head of the Suns identity, not make the all-star game in PHOENIX because of Terry Porter.

Guys this is in Phoenix. Even if he says that he would rather be with family, this is his home team. He should play!

Now he is under appreciated.
