OT: ESPN Mt. Rushmore Top Five.

Post#1 » by hiphop1 » Sat Feb 21, 2009 7:15 am

I cannot believe Boston did not make it on the top five list. The is complete and utter bull. I lost some serious respect for ESPN. I mean come on the greatest basketball franchise in history one of the original six in Hockey, the baseball team with perhaps the most fans in the world Boston Red Sox and the football team with the greatest quarterback in NFL history.

Who were the top five? Was LA one of them?

I can't lose what I don't have and that is respect for ESPN. It is simple really and needs no greater detail. ESPN sucks. Why even bother looking at anything they do?

I can't believe that the best sports state isn't in the top 5. You can only vote for the following 5 right???

New York, California, Alabama, Illinois, Pennsylvania

How in the blue hell did Alabama get in the top 5??? They don't have any pro sports teams. I can't tell you one good thing that has come from there.

Isn't Espn the channel that awarded the best sports city to some backward ass town also?

Yep, found it

It's a shame too because we all know how well they predicted the Finals outcome last year... wait..

Yeah, that Valvosta crap turned me off these little ESPN games.

As for ESPN, comparing it to EEI. I would rather watch Pete Sheppard and Ordway SCREAMING at each other on TV. Then watch espn personalities like Rick Reilly try and make his little jokes.

These are the only shows I enjoy watching:
Mike and Mike
PTI
MNF
Baseball Tonight (which has gone downhill IMO)

Rick Reilly has to be one of the worst sports personalities out there, just completely unlikable.
