Couldn't agree more. If only Joe and Josh had half this guy's desire, passion, and leadership...

s, and finally said what needed to be said.
He implored them to stop shooting jumpers and to start attacking the rim so they could finish a comeback that started moments earlier with a Josh Smith 3-pointer and then another big basket from Mike Bibby (I know they didn’t listen in the end, but at least the kid said it out loud).
It's pretty pathetic that the Hawks just kept launching 3s even after they were made aware of it. The Knicks have one of the worst shot blocking teams of all time(for about 3 years running)and we shot around 60 percent inside the 3 point line.....yet we just kept chucking away playing right into the Knicks hand.

All these wonderful Al Horford articles ....
Ya know, if we're smart, we'll sit back and enjoy his next 15 years. Kinda nice, isn't it -- I mean -- having a guy we're only going to see good things about and FROM for the next several years?

My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

Sekou is the man! Cant wait to see Al fulfill his potential!
Is it to much to ask for a team that plays hard and cares? Seems so.

Horford is our present and future. I love everything he brings to the table. He's amazing. Now, if we do not get rid of Smith we'll delay Horford's progress for a long time. At this time, Horford is already better than Smith in almost every facet of the game. We have to pair him with a C, a true one and his game will blossom.
GO HAWKS.

It's sad that the leader of our team is a second-year guy who is simply a very good role player right now. I love that Al has tried to step into this position as a young guy, it shows about how much he cares about winning. He was willing to take that risk of stepping into a leadership role when most guys his age wouldn't even think of it.
Unfortunately, we aren't getting leadership from our best players right now. Josh and Joe continue to refuse to leave their comfort zones and do that. I can assure you that if it was Josh or Joe telling their team to stop with the jump shots, we might have seen a better response.

This wouldn't have happened if we didn't have Mr Potato Head as a coach. David Lee was the biggest guy they had in the lineup all night so naturally we kept jacking 3s. Woody doesn't have a clue.
Horford had the easiest 20 pts he has ever had. It would have been 30+ if Woody had a lick of sense.
