Will Solomon?

Do you think he's better than Beno Udrih? and do you he has the potential to be a solid starter in this league for a good team?

No, Beno is a better player, but if I had to choose one over the other to be on the team, i would choose Solomon, because Beno's contract sucks..

and do anyone else think Solomon looks like Arenas?

Solomon looks like the old guy at the YMCA that is a solid contributor to your pick up team.

I like his game. He's a back up PG, and I think he has accepted that role and is willing to do whatever he can for the team. From a talent aspect he's not better than Udrih. He does seem like he understands what is expected of him from the team and executes it. I can't really say that Udrih gets it.

We'll see here in the next game or two how he does as a starter...Bobby's got a broken cheek bone and will miss at least tomorrow's game against the Wiz.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

He can play PG. He was the PG in Rick Barnes system at Clemson before Barnes moved to Texas his soph year and his teams did make the tourney when he was a freshman. He was the Augustine for Barnes at Clemson, but they were probably in WTF mode after Barnes left and he did the 20/4 thing. He does have potential, but the question is can he be clutch because we need a closer. Beno is not a closer. Can Solomon be a closer? Look at the Cavs game we were close but couldn't close them out. I'm sure we will be looking at him the rest of the year. We need to find out if he can close or else he is a backup.

It might have been that he was hurt and the Kings maybe save some $$$ by cutting him early? At least on travel costs I would assume.

He was cut by mutual consent so that he could sign with Fenerbache in Turkey for the last few games of their season. Both Solomon and the Kings knew that he wouldn't be coming back here next eyar, so there was no point in keeping him for the last week or two.
