A Polite, Respectful Request to Joe Biscuit

Post#1 » by exculpatory » Sat Apr 4, 2009 11:59 am

Joe

I have tried this approach a couple times in the past, and I now will make one last request.

You told me once that you are a negative person by nature. So be it.

Here is my request once again:

Please try to join the majority of us on this chat board by being realistic BUT positive in your posts. You certainly deserve to express your opinion at any time. However, please try to be realistically positive. In other words, please stop being 99.99 percent negative when you post, and instead mix the positive with realistic caveats. Instead of posting silly unrealistic posts which are 99% wrong about how we will lose every playoff series, about how we will have no chance against the elite teams, about how we will be embarrassed without KG against the really good teams, about how games are "over" and we might as well take Paul and Ray out of the game when we fall behind, point out our bright spots and our potential after KG gets healthy (which he will) mixed in with realistic concerns. If you do this, you will not be ridiculed by me or anyone else, and you will become part of our Celtic community. The idea is not to be an unrealistic homer, but an objectively realistic balanced poster.

Take my advice or leave it, but I know that I am giving you good counsel.

With a healthy KG, we have as good a chance as anyone to win the banner.

GO GREEN COME HELL OR HIGH WATER!

Peace.

SamIam 2010: Truth's ability to play so incredibly efficiently is so UNDERAPPRECIATED. Bballcool 2012: Amazing how great Pierce has been for so long. Continues to defy age! KG 2013: P is original Celtic. Wherever he goes, we go. This is The Truth's house.
