I wonder if the Suns will rest their players again or will they play for revenge tonight for last Friday's beatdown at FEF.

They do have 1 more home game so we might see them resting a little. But they are nothing close to full strength without Amare' and Barbosa playing only for the sake of collecting his paycheck.

There has been a motivation problem all along because Diaw looked like he was ready for retirement on this team. Now is back to his old tricks with the Bobcats. Nash answers that he'll do whatever he's told but clearly if he was really playing the NBA level he would demand to be the goto guy and let Goran learn through practice matches only and bench warming. Grant Hill only played at 50% to save himself for the playoffs which now do not exist. That was smart but his teammates and staff did not have the total united mental team chemistry of teams like Denver this year in the West.

The Suns tried to copy what the Mavs did in 2002 with all the offensive weapons on their roster. Like Nash said early on, "too many mouths to feed" Now this year looks forward to the inevitable deal of being torpedoed to the ground. The hiring of Steve Kerr spelled doom for the Suns along with the Suns luxury tax hangin over their heads. The Suns will look different by the time the upcoming season kicks off later in 2009.
