Cannot use graphic signature?

Can anyone tell me why RealGM will no longer allow Cliff Levingston to use a graphic signature?

He tries to put the img tags around this: http://img178.imageshack.us/img178/3739 ... eltics.png and get's this error message:

"It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image."

Help?!

I can handle this Q Cliffy, since I've encountered it before and got the answer.

What's happeneing is RealGm runs off of multiple servers. Sometimes when uploading a graphic, the site has trouble locating the proper server to save the file. Its not an elegant fix, but if you just click and click and click several times, usually it will upload. It may take 6 or 7 tries, in my experience.

UPDATE!!!!! It worked the first time. Go figure.
