2009 Bobcats War Room - Results/Information
3 days late from the promised time. Now I must run the gauntlet. Just as we all will. I have a good reason to be late though. I drew last minute chauffeur duty taking a family member to Duke Clinic for a treatment series. The original driver was committed to charity work that forced a change.
Let me explain the War Room to the newcomers since last year. We take the first 30 picks in the draft and arrange, by our voting, our own draft board for the upcoming draft. We do it one pick at the time for five days during the week. I tend to leave Fridays and Saturdays alone because we all need time to recharge (and research). Last year we decided NOT to do a second round. We'll hold to that for now unless popular demand says otherwise.
Each night, a new poll will appear. We will have 9 choices from the top remaining candidates from major Mock Drafts, and a "Write-In" choice (the W_Hamilton honorary "I don't like any of these options" slot). Choose whichever player that you think the Bobcats MUST have if we are drafting at that position. We do ask that if you write-in a choice that you identify that player for the rest of us. Think of it as trying to convince us that your write-in is worthy at this spot.
You will find on the next two entries listings of our draft picks- the first by order of selection and the second by position.
And to Slam or Fats, can I have a "sticky" please?
Good luck, guys, get us what we need!

Found some interesting information on Draft Express. Check it out!

They're ripping out those expenses, guys. Our F.O. should go to Minny and NJ.
