Possibly my favorite inspirational scene is this one from Miracle, but it really isn't a speech per se.

I also love the Rocky pre-fight scene from the first Rocky. I just want to go the distance.

First 1:45 of this montage

Unfortunately they cut out the best exchange of the movie in the overall edit when Apollo says "There ain't going to be no rematch" and Rocky says "Don't won't one"

BTW, I posted this because Phil Jackson played the Glengary Glen Ross clip for the Lakers before game 5. That got me thinking.
