A bigger achievement in Rockets history

Moderators: ken6199, TMU

Which would be a bigger achievement in Rockets history?

a) 1995- The sixth seeded Rockets win the championship without having homecourt advantage in any round, twice winning the deciding game on the opponent's homecourt, and sweeping the finals.

b) the Rockets beating the Lakers without T-Mac, Yao, Mutombo and going against the Lakers and David Stern, who breaks his own policy by have Joey Crawford, know for favoritism, referee two games in less than 14 days in LA, including the deciding game in LA.

Looks like #2 not happening :(

Would still have to have been the 1995 championship, but the 2009 series has given us fans hope for the future

It doesn't matter what the circumstances are. As a team, winning a championship is the greatest form of achievement in NBA.

Had we managed to do it, this year would have been a bigger accomplishment than 95, but for Houston fans, not as sweet. 95 had too much going for it in the savory department. Outside Houston, this would have been a better story than 95.

Still a damn good season. Met all my expectations.
