This first trade isn't all that complex. Simple pick swapping and teams getting the player they would have taken in the draft and/or getting players who fit better with their team.
GSW Gets: Stevenson, Yi, Madsen, #11
GSW Gives: Craw, #7
NJ Gets: Foye, Smith, #18
NJ Gives: Yi, Williams, #11
Was Gets: Miller, Bassy, Utah Pick, ~4.1m tpe
Was Gives: James, opec, Stevenson, Songolia, #5
MN Gets: Craw, Williams, James, Opec, Songolia, #5, #7
MN Gives: Madsen, Miller, Foye, Smith, Bassy, #18, Utah Pick
The Draft....
LAC Griffin
MEM RUBIO
OKC Thabeet
SAC Holiday or Evans
WAS Curry to MN
MIN Harden or Evans
GSW derozan to MN
NYK Flynn, Jennings, or Holiday
TOR Henderson
MIL Hill
NJN Flynn, Jennings, or Holiday to GSW (i think clark though)
CHA Flynn, Jennings, or Holiday
MN Lineup:
Curry/Beabouis
Harden/Craw
Gomes/Derozan/Brewer
Love/Songolia
Al/Williams/Opec
GSW:
No brainer. Move down 4 spots, pickup YI, and send crawford. This is an easy yes I think.
NJ:
Debatable. I think the value is good for them, and Foye is a local guy. Smith is a solid fit next to lopez, and with the 7 spot drop they probably get a similar player to 11, but it might need some tweaking,
WAS:
Been discussed a lot. This deal can get them close to the lux threshold. I think a followup cardinal for Thomas swap gets them under, including crit to GSW may also get them under. Defering the Utah pick is also good for the bottom line of the team.
MN:
To many rookies yes. To much cap spent MAYBE. Craw vs a resigned foye is +3-4m in 2010, Songolia vs Bassy is +2m in 2010. So yes I admit it. I spent an extra 6m of your Precious cap. I'm a bad man! Craw can play the exact same role as Foye, and could be used as filler in a S&T in 2010. Leaves MN with 10-12m in cap space in 2010 if we ditch gomes and dont bring pekovic over. You all hate williams, but he fills the more athletic role the FO is looking for and is a rim protector which is also a concern.
I think this 4 way is solid for all teams and not overly complicated
Additional flexibility....
Could also potentially bundle up Derozan + Pek rights to OKC for thabeet if they actually want derozan, but I'm not a huge fan of that since Pekovic will be a solid rotational piece and already has a solid offensive game, plus derozan has absurd upside potential. It does however remove the ~7m in 2010 we may need to spend to bring him over. I'm not huge on thabeet.
MN Lineup with OKC portion addon:
Curry/Beabouis
Harden/Craw
Gomes/Brewer
Love/Songolia
Al/Thabeet/Williams/Opec
Another side note is that with CHA looking to shed salary and they like curry. I could see a very nice swap as holiday, Jennings, or flynn could fall to them pretty easily as depicted in the draft section. Craw + Curry(5) for Crash + holiday(12). Crash is a better fitting long term part to the team, but I'll be honest I like curry's fit with Al + Love more than any player in the draft. I'm not certain this is the best thing to do.
MN Lineup with CHA + OKC portion addon:
Holiday/Beabouis/brown
Harden/Brewer
Crash/Gomes/
Love/Songolia
Al/Thabeet/Williams/Opec
I left MN a little light on guards so we'd probably need the MLE to sign some shooters. 3 man rotation in the front court of al thabeet and love. Holiday Beabouis Brewer and harden are all very long and can all defend/play multiple spots. Rookie guards might be shakey, but can it be any worse than last years guard play?

Re: MN NJ GSW WAS (plus addons)
Aside from the complexity, can't say I like any of the players we get back. I realize it is mainly for the picks, but still, no thank you (not enamoured with your picks either
). Just a bunch of guys I do not want on the team (yes some could be bought out) and in my valuation, MN gives up most of the better established players.
Those rookies are not worth taking on those players in my estimation.

It is complex, but I'd probably consider it. I like those picks at 5-7 and think that would give us a nice upgrade in the back court while keeping Al, Love, and Gomes.
