Unfortunately the summer league is where players run and gun and forget about things like dumping the ball into the post or playing defense. It's about jacking up shots left, right, and center to showcase yourself. Big men rarely flourish in summer league play I'm afraid. I expect more from Caroll and Young than I do Thabeet and Haddadi

Not true--look at Brook Lopez last year--dominated SL. If you are good you should show well whatever position you play.
