Yeah that is crazy. This offseason has been crazy already. And this is the year BEFORE 2010. It's going to be an exciting couple years.

Bad news for us Celts fans....Turk would have made Portland more competitive against the Lakers and would have made the Lakers work harder during next years playoffs. Also, with it looking like Turk going to Portland, Toronto was gong to resign Marion. They now have to set Marion free....I hope he doesn't end up on Cleveland for the MLE.

Works both ways. We have another option with the MLE if Sheed doesn't come to Boston.

It's bad news for the Celtics getting Anthony Parker because the Raptors have to renounce his rights in order to sign Turkoglu. The only real way the Celtics were going to get Parker was a sign and trade.

Good news is this makes it harder for Parker to go to Cleveland for the same reasons.

Parker will probably go to Real Madrid now.

I would like that idea too. I think Nocioni would be solid in a Posey type role with us.

Now we just need the always unpredictable Artest to back out of his understanding with the Lakers. Maybe Portland will throw a bunch of money at him..

Throw the money at Odom who can play point forward in Portland. He can't be looking forward to having KG whip his asz again.

Celticsblog reporting he might go to Toronto---meaning the Raps will have to renounce 3 players---pretty good players too!

Won't be surprised if Orlando tries to do a sign and trade of Turkoglu for Marion.

Turkuglu's overrated ass is going to get paid..Toronto is stupid IMO. I won't give Turk 50 mil..never that. But i agree with Maxwell..this will come around and bite us in the ass someway...let's just wait and see how.

Actually this is good news, because Parker sucks and I didn't want him anyway.

Return to Boston Celtics
