Andres Nocioni

Post#1 » by KM44 » Sat Jul 4, 2009 11:18 pm

Hi, Kings fan here, I am here to inquire about Marvin Williams, and how much of a need he is to this team. I would LOVE to see Marvin in a kings jersey, but we simply have too many SF's at this time.

With that said, I would like to see if there is any interest in Nocioni, who, yes, has a long contract, but he is a veteran who works hard and likes to do the little things.

Ideally from my perspective, I would do a S&T for Marvin, sending Nocioni and Donte Greene.

I really don't know what the hawks' thoughts are on losing Marvin, but it looks like they are going to sign Bibby, and that doesn't leave a whole lot of money left over for Marvin.

What are your thoughts?

you left out the best part - Nocioni's contract goes DOWN every year - and the last year is a team option.

Pre-Big Contract Andres I would really like to have. Post-Big Contract Andres I am not too fond of. I would just rather hold onto Marvin. He increase 3pt shot, improving defense, and his contract likely to be similar to Andres. Plus he is about 5-7 years younger than Andres. Hawks are better off just keeping Marvin.

Would rather stick with Marv. Noc is okay but he is way overpaid.
