**Von Wafer in discussions with the Orlando Magic**

Per the Orlando Sentinel, here is the link:

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/sports ... ve-be.html

The Orlando Magic's roster still has a ways to go.

The Magic only have nine players on the roster right now and are still looking at some key needs including a wing player.

Some of those options might include Marquis Daniels, Keith Bogans and Von Wafer.

Wafer's agent, Mitch Butler, told me he has had some preliminary discussions with the Magic about Wafer. He said they've targeted Orlando as a place where Wafer can "thrive and continue to grow as a basketball player."

I'd rather keep Von than James White...I"m not impressed from what I've seen from White...he's a freakish athlete...not much else...hope he proves me wrong in this summer league!

Just by the way how Von got owned by Sasha every thime, I rather let him go. Why? I think Rick adlemen can almost make any scrub looks good in Princeton system. I am sure this year one of our summer league players will break out in some point like what Von did last season. And, if Von is really asking 3 milllon+, it is way too much. I rahter we grab a decent center.

We didn't run anything close to a Princeton offense last year.

Is that how much he is asking for? Man I was all for signing him if it was a mil or less. I highly doubt my Magic pay him that kind of loot.
