Hibbert. I think he is ready for double his 14 minutes and I think he can be an impact type player given the 28-30 minutes a night.

Hibbert will be the Pacers starting center more than likely this season. He was a beast in summer league and has great potential for this year.

Roy Hibbert will get more minutes when he learns to keep himself out of foul trouble. Last season he was somewhat undependable because O'Brien couldn't rely on him to keep himself in the game.

Hibbert averaged over a block a game with just 14 minutes. He'd be one of the league's better shot blockers if he can keep himself in for more than 2 minutes at a time.

Yeah I'm hoping for big things from Roy, he needs to improve his conditioning and stay out of foul trouble and he's gonna be fine. I'd love to see him playing 25 to 30 min a game!

This sounds like a good poll question: which Pacer would you most like to see get more playing time?

I'm going to say McRoberts...I doubt he plays a lot this season, but I'd like to see what he could do with a regular spot in the rotation.

Solomon Jones is another possibility--he's pretty much a complete unknown to me, and for all I know he completely sucks, but I'm intrigued by what I've read about him so far.

I agree with the earlier posters who say that Hibbert will plenty of PT as long as he stays out of foul trouble.

While I will concede Roy struggled to guard his own man last season, it seemed like a lot of his fouls came on help defense when an opponent was penetrating. Hopefully we find a way to play a lick of peremeter defense this year. Then perhaps Roy will stay out of foul trouble and will only be coming out of the games because he is winded!

That would be fantastic, and hopefully the signings of Dahntay and Earl will help that facet of our team game. In a weird twist though, those 2 guys will likely be coming off the bench, not helping Roy's cause. It's going to be TJ's job to improve his perimeter defense, and Danny and Brandon's to play solid (which I full believe they will do). Brandon Rush playing starter's minutes will help our perimeter D quite a bit I think.

If Hibbert can stay on the court he could be put up some very good numbers for us....if you take last seasons numbers and put them with a 36 minute per game average (assuming he cannot mug the other team for 36 minutes a game) he would average 17.6 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks....not bad at all

I totally am going to be. I should know better, but when I look at my first 4 rounds of taking Granger, Troy, Rush, and TJ Ford, I'm going to have to spring for a shotblocker...named Roy Hibbert.

Ford burned me last year in fantasy basketball. It won't happen again.

I'm excited to see Roy's progress over the offseason.
He just needs maturity to help him control his fouls. I'd say we will be seeing a more mature Roy come next season.
Rush could be a sleeper in the fantasy drafts too.

I would like to see what McRoberts could do with consistent minutes. He showed some flashes of promise last year but there was never a consistent opportunity.

As to Hibbert, he will get the opportunity and I expect he will get as many minutes as he can handle which will be about 20 to 25 mpg. I see him starting but rarely finishing games. At games end it will be Foster/Murphy, Hansbrough/Murphy, or small ball with either Murphy or Foster.
