1) Were the Clippers under the cap at the time this trade was made? I know if two teams are under the cap, then the 125% + $100k requirement does not apply...

2) If the Clippers were over the cap at the time this trade was made, was a TPE created? Depending on the answer here....(see next question)

3) Hypothetically, if the answer to 2 above is yes, would a TPE have been created? If so, in what amount?

The Clippers have a 7.3 million dollar TPE from the Randolph trade.
