I stopped reading when I saw Durant go with the 3rd OVERALL?! over Wade. I understand he has upside but come on!

Pau Gasol eighth overall is somewhat absurd. I'm pretty wary of injuries myself but I would probably have to select Amare or AlJeff here. Amare falling to 15th is insane, even considering the scary nature of his eye injury. Derek Rose at 30 seems a reach to me and Shard is a nice value at 38 even considering the 10 game suspension to start the season. Elton Brand at 43 is a nice bet to outperform draft position too.

Just like any mock, there are reaches and there are values. Durant over Wade is a move I personally disagree with but can see how it could be justified (on youth, upside or injury history grounds).

I think lots of people are reaching too much for Rose,Randolph and Westbrook this year and I expect those players not to live up their average draft positions.

I think this draft is great in a sense that they're drafting based on who the user has already picked. ie: Al Jefferson was picked at #8 so for his next pick at #16, he is thinking who he should team Jefferson with (and chooses Harris).

as per Caron:

It was tough to go past Caron again, but his injury history combined with the wealth of scorers in Washington (Arenas, Butler, Jamison, Mike Miller, etc.) still scares me.
