Rodgers is going to shred our secondary. On the positive side though, Cliff Levingston expects Cutler to do the same to the Packers's secondary.

Not predicting the Bears to win this one but I wouldn't be surprised if they came away with a win.

Think this will be a high scoring affair.

I'll be there as well. I'll be the only moron there with a Nathan Vasher jersey, so come say hi.

Dead on with my thinking, including the score.

Ton of fluff articles today:
Marcus Harrison should be ready to rumble with Green Bay Packers
http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/fo ... 4434.story
Defensive end Adewale Ogunleye summed it up best in describing 6-foot-3-inch, 315-pound teammate Marcus Harrison.

"If you were going into a bar fight and you saw Marcus Harrison, you'd think twice before you wanted to fight," Ogunleye said.

"He has the physical attributes. He's intimidating. He's a B-I-G tackle."

The Bears hope for a huge contribution from Harrison this season despite his slow start. He reported to training camp 14 pounds overweight at 323 and was placed on the non-injury football list, causing him to miss four days of camp. The second-year player from Arkansas owned up to his mistake, although he says serious family matters -- including his mother's bout with cancer -- contributed to his weight gain.

Tillman returns, but still has long way to go
http://www.dailyherald.com/story/?id=319548&src=148
Charles Tillman was back on the practice field Monday, but he's still a long shot to see any time against the Packers Sunday night.

"We have a long ways to go," said Bears coach Lovie Smith. "We're just starting the process for him to get back out on the football field, to work drills, to start working out some of the kinks. We'll go from there."

Tillman did not participate in any training camp practices and did not play in any preseason games after having back surgery in mid-June. Since July he has expressed a desire to face the Packers, and initial results were encouraging, but defending 1,000-yard receivers Greg Jennings and Donald Driver would be a tough opening act.

"I was able to do everything," Tillman said after Monday's scaled-down practice at Halas Hall. "They didn't hold me out of anything. It feels good.

This is going to be a tough game.

I wouldn't count on Cutler shredding Greenbay's secondary considering the two probowl CB's they have and the inexperience at WR that we have.

On the flip side that have Jennings and Walker, and our secondary is banged up and is just now getting healthy at the end of Preseason. Not that it matters much because our secondary's pass defense sucks anyways.

Forte should have the advantage as far as running, since he's also a threat receiving out of the backfield.

I hope Cutler comes in, shreds GB's secondary and proves me wrong, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Woops. I meant Donald Driver. I don't know why I always get the two confused.

Peanut Tillman had full participation in practice today. That's encouraging news.

Well, sadly enough I predict GB wins 24-17. i think our secondary will get roasted. i see nathan vasher getting victimized. think our DL will get pushed around pretty good by the GB offensive line. i do think we'll keep it close with GB getting used to the 3-4 defense. but painfully enough GB takes the opener.

Here is Olsen's

http://twitter.com/gregolsen82

I'm going to follow a bit more. Olsen has posted the low down of where him and Cutler will appear in Downtown Chicago a few times. They were at Joesbar 5 days ago. It would be pretty cool to catch up with them one day.

I think we can get to him a few times.

He'll still his do his damage though. It's just keeping the damage to a minimum
