Rios can "Get You Fired"

I still vehemently oppose the dumping of Rios, but it's starting to seem more and more that there's a corresponding fire to all this smoke about Rios. Gibbons basically confirmed this perception on the Fan this morning.

He is one of those guys once he got the money seems like he stopped doing everything from caring to practicing to thinking.

Blue Jays management looks like a genius so far for dumping this guy he is batting like .143 since being acquired by white sox. Now if we could only get rid of Wells. Blue jays would be in better position.

Why move Vernon Wells? No one will take his contract, keep him he'll do better.

i wouldn't get too hyped about this Jays fans, Rios still has plenty of time to make us regret letting him go.

I wasn't a fan with the deal that was made, but I'm happy he's gone.

He was useless.

His numbers in Chicago are insanely bad. Hitting .155 and striking out 10+ times more than walking, with none existing power numbers. So strange, he should be in his prime right now ...will be interesting to see if he ever turns it around to at least be an average player not a horrible one.
