Does it matter if most of your fantasy team plays for west coast teams or vice a versa?
For head to head mainly? Because my team is mostly made up of west coast players but will this impact on me on a week to week basis? Are there the same amount of games for each conference each week?

Re: Players teams
Check out this schedule tool. It has all the answers you need. The short answer though is that it is irrelevant whether you have mostly Eastern Conference players or Western Conference players. Conference has no impact on the number of games per week. Each team has its own unique schedule.
