OT As a fan, do you find this unprofessional?

I was reading this article earlier, it's basically talking about potential bullpen woes for teams headed to the playoffs. So as the writer discusses team by team, he somewhat skips the Dodgers over and makes an unrelated bold and bias statement. If you don't want to read the whole article he says:
"As far as the Dodgers go, they won't win. In fact, they won't survive the division series. I'll go you one better: Put me down as the Dodgers going three-and-out in the first round. That's my bold prediction. Nearly every year, one September favorite forgets to show up in October. This year, it will be the Dodgers. "

Not only was this unrelated, it took away any credibility he had. I am Yankee fan and he did complement our bullpen but it makes you wonder:
- How did the editors allow this article to be posted?
- Why the writer still has his job??
- Is Espn worth reading anymore? Every writer seems to make bias articles that distort facts to fit their agenda (I read baseball and basketball articles) but I am not an insider.

I am not a Dodgers fan but this kind of B.S bothers me. I mean they do have 93 wins as of right now so someone in their bullpen should be worth mentioning.

A lot of these writers seem to look at numbers and have stat sheets rather than watching and understanding the game in pretty much all sports. It shows very often when these guys all have the same break downs (aka half of them analyze the other half copy) of teams or simply show stats to support claims without any substantial explanation of what causes those statistics. Everyone says AJ Burnett has electric stuff but is inconsistent...no one gives any further information on why this might be or what's happening...and there's a ton more. Guaranteed this guy just hasn't seen enough of the Dodgers to give a proper explanation.
