I am on board. We really do need a big man. Smills, you have been beating this drum for awhile and you have been completely right. I can't wait for the season to start!

Never liked the guy, but we do have a need there.

Ideally, it'd be nice if Petrie could trade Noci/KT for a solid big man. We don't need anyone spectacular, but someone to come in, grab some boards and play solid defense.
Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say....Tyreke Evans.
That just happened.

meh...he's a big body to put in the paint. Getting him, if we ultimately do go that way, won't excite me much...but I also wouldn't object.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

It's not Jake Voskhul, it's the fact that the front office is considering adding another legit 7 footer who plays the 5 that excites me. We NEED a back-up Center. If one of Hawes or Thompson goes down, we're screwed.

Honestly, any NBA capable 7-foot body at this point is good!

Yeah, I hope this happens. Having this size could be very helpful for us.

I think this move would be ok. Nothing to great nor horrible I suppose. We just need size up front period.

How well does Jake defend the Odens, Nenes and Bynums?

The Kings need the best defensive Big they can get their mitts on!

Somethings not right with Hunter the last couple of years. He can barely sniff PT on even so-so teams.

A) Being athletic doesn't make you good defensively. It gives you a high ceiling defensively. Hunter isn't a guy that has ever looked like he would reach his ceiling.

B) IIRC, he got a serious injury last year.

The rest of the league couldn't handle the awesome power of the Ukraine Train.

The Ukraine Train is out of the league for years now. No need to be in denial mitch haha

Rick barely played him because he had sympathy for other teams. He knew that the Ukraine Train would have the other teams crying in fear on the bench at the end of the game.

Ick, this won't help us AT ALL! I'm pissed that Brockman has seen so little time lately. Much rather see he and May get those minutes. On one end we'll suck w/o some size at C. With a player like Jake (cool guy, dig the hustle!) we'll have a 7 footer, still suck, and Brockman never sees the court. No thanks. NEXT!

If they want another 7 footer go after a young D-league type of player. Luke Nevill, Garret Siler, Goran Suton, etc. not a freaking 32 year old non-shotblocker. He's a thicker Mikki Moore.
