Joe Alexander

Post#1 » by Amen316 » Sat Oct 31, 2009 7:36 pm

Look no one I can think of that would be released or not resigned better fits into the Suns style of game than Joe Alexander. He would thrive in an extreme uptempo style like the Suns have and maybe even better as a SF type that would be a decent rebounder for that position. Has a very nice wing shot and can take it to the hole aggressively in the open court.

It sure wouldnt take much to pick him up that is for sure. cash might even work or future considerations

He really doesn't know how to play the game. He is the highest draft pick ever to not get his 3rd year option. Honestly, I think the Bucks GM have other plans. This essentially puts Alexander in a contract year rather than paying him for couple more lackluster seasons.

He was a bust before the draft, now it's confirmed. The Bucks made history cutting him, now you want to chase him?

Seriously?

He has no skills other than leaping. He is a poor man's Lou Amundson, and that doesnt even make sense!

Why jump the gun before its all said and done. It's only his second season, and we all know he's going to be a project since the day he got drafted. It's his raw talent that make him the lottery pick not his skill set.

I'd rather have Alexander than Griffin. Sign him for like 500 k and see what he can do in an uptempo offense. Got nothing to lose really.

We cannot sign him, he is not being released. They just didn't pick up his option for next year. He cannot be obtained for anything less that 800k.

Oh i thought he was released. Well then never mind forget that. Not worth to trade anything unless they took Griffin. Pointless trade really then.

What do ya'll think about a deal based around J Rich for Emeka Okafor? Maybe we can add Lopez if they give us a first round pick back. what do you think?

No way in HELL NO even considers that. More like Mo Pete + Armstrong + filler for Richardson, or they will laugh and hang up.
