A question concerning Iverson going to Philly

I don't know if Philly even has the money to offer Ivey any kind of contract that is, (Brand's Kapono Dally Iggy Louy contracts are so big) -- because I'm of the belief that if they did he would have alreay been signed yes? or not necessarily? However hear me out -- can/should we help out Philly in acquiring him via sign and trade? This is were we could very well pull the trigger (Dally to Sac) or (Okafor to Sac).

I have these couple scenarios. 1) We get involved with Ivey going to Philly by signing him then trading him along with K9 and Noc. Have boston as the third team, send Ivey, K9 and Boston's (EC's) to Philly; Noc to Boston and Dally with a pick to Sac

2) Consider this: 4 team deal Sac/Bos/Philly/Noh. To Sac comes Okafor; Philly gets Ivey KT; Boston gets Noc; Noh gets: Dally, Boston's (EC's) and picks from Philly and Boston.

Don't help out a team that you want something from unless the value is worth it. Right now Daly's value isn't even equal to KT alone!

And no love for scenario 2??
