RBSL [Sim League] Openings

Post#1 » by sly » Fri Dec 11, 2009 3:22 pm

Hey guys... myself and bunch of others have been running a Sim League [RBSL] for a long time.

We're replacing some inactives. The teams available are:

Indiana Pacers
Miami Heat
Seattle Super Sonics
New Jersey Nets

We're in the year 2030... so you won't recognize some of the names/stars of the league. If you like doing fantasy leagues, you'll love this. It's essentially a dynasty league that runs continuously which is why we're in the year 2030. Check out the 1st-round pick situation of the teams and the salaries to know what kind of a position you're in. We're just ending this year... giving you an offseason of signing free agents and drafting... lots of time to shake things up and be competitive. Each player is rated as well to help give you a good idea of what you're working with.

Check out the teams here: http://rbsl.phillyarena.net/rbsl/html/

Interested in joining. I have about 2 years experience with 4 different leagues. Quit playing after I kept seeing over inflated rookie classes and overal ratings. Your league look well grounded and would like to contribute. Email me at wms02a at acu dot edu

Two teams left... our offseason is just beginning. So, you'll have a clean slate to work with over these next weeks [free agency, trades, etc.]. The two teams remaining are:

Indiana Pacers
Oklahama City Thunder

The Pacers have a whack of caproom, all of their picks, and some quality youth. The Thunder have a few stud veterans on expiring contracts, some capspace, and their first rounders after this year. Check out our links above if you're interested. It's an awesome league full of dedicated managers...

Last opening... HeatGM. See the SIM League thread, if you're interested. Free Agency starts on Sunday, so it's a perfect time to join in...
