Winning on the road versus at home

I wonder has there ever been a good NBA team (a playoff team) that had won more on the road than at home. Preferably, I would want to win all of my home games but you win however you can.

Boston hasn't been so fortunate to begin the season with nearly all of their games being at home. But they've made the best of their games and have had success. I mean they can only get stronger by winning these road games. It'll help when competing during the playoffs, you must be able to win on the road. It builds character and confidence.

Currently, Boston boast the best road record in the league.

I don't appreciate how Boston has had to endure these brutal schedules (games played so closely behind one another) since the formation of the Big Three. However, the team should get a break in the latter part of the regular season. I reckon it depends on how you view and accept the schedule. It is what it is.

I'm uncertain of why the Celtics have lost the games they've at home, thus far. I was starting to believe that the team should avoid playing on Friday. But it sure makes it more intriguing to see Boston redeem themselves on the road when they meet those teams they'd lost to at home again on the road. That redemption begins at Orlando on Christmas day.

Do you have any actual evidence to support your claim that Boston plays more back to backs than other teams since the formation of the big three?

Do you really believe that there is an elaborate conspiracy theory to make the Celtics play more games on tired legs? Come on.

Is this like the evidence given showing the schedule for the last 5 years.....if some folks don't care about evidence...they just don't care. They see what they want to see.

Wow. I never said that, or am I making such a claim. You guys just read whatever you want to read instead of what is actually said.

Can someone reply who actually takes the time and reads through what I actually wrote as oppose to making ignorant comments that only serve to support your assumptions.

Read before you choose to run your mouths ****. No, that's too much in doing right. It's much more easier to misread a person and be a douche bag, so much easier.

The '06-07 Pistons won 27 games at home and 27 games on the road. That team played so uninspired throughout most of the season- was very frustrating to watch

Well, the 1971-1972 Lakers held an impressive regular season record of 36-5 at home, and 31-7 on the road. And they'd played three neutral site games, unsure of why that was.

Your road record may be better than your home record as in your 11-1 road games the Celtics have only played 1 team with a top eight record in the league. Conversely your home record is 8-3, but you have played to this point, three games at home against top eight place teams in the league - losing to each of those teams (Atlanta, Orlando & Phoenix).
