OT: Help on buying a Maple Leafs jersey

Hey, I wanted to buy a maple leafs jersey, but don't know anything about the "official" ones. A few questions:

1. Are there girl sizes? What size would an average sized girl wear?
2. How much are official ones?
3. Where can I buy one in the next week? Are they ever on sale (the official ones)
