Franchise Repair Kit...Create new booming period

For me, it will take more than just new players to fix this dying franchise.

1. Of course get new players. and coaching staff
2. Get rid of the wizards name and logos and colors to "kill" the bad luck; to bring greater fortune.

3. Move the team out of the southeast division; and put them BACK in the Atlantic Division.

4. Build MORE relations with former players who had been successful on this franchise.....
