I open up multiple threads in tabs on one browser, and today when I opened about 20 threads from multiple boards, an ad about that new stupid vampire movie started playing. I tried finding it on each of the pages but couldnt. I closed each thread 1 by one after thoroughly checkign the page to find the vid and when I finally closed the page that had it there was definately no video on the page I could see where I would know thats where the sound was coming from.
I come to this board to read and react. I understand RGM has to make money, but at least mute the ads and if I want to hear about the **** vampire movie or about some stupid product I'll unmute it. I shouldnt have to close and re open the threads I want to read because of ads.
