Only One player Can Make LBJ Come Here to NJ

Post#1 » by Harris2Lopez » Sun Jan 10, 2010 4:25 am

CHRIS PAUL

now my question is Wall or Paul TAKE YOUR PICK?
to me if u want to have young talent for the long run take Wall but if you want LBJ or Bosh or Wade you need to trade for paul. im starting to think we got to do whatever to get paul here because i believe Bron Bron would rather play with paul then wall and these young stars what you guys think?

Trade Proposal
NO get: NJ #1 pick(wall) and i guess like a lee or something
NJ get:Paul

Lineup Paul Harris/Lee LBJ Boozer/Bosh/Lee Lopez NICE NICE NICE THAT ALSO MEANS CHAMPIONSHIPS TO COME

i was also thinking about how getting Paul and try to get West in the deal something like #1 pick dallas Pick Lee/CDR and Yi
thoughts?

I don't think he is a realistic option anymore, but on subject, you take Paul over Wall all day, Lebron or no Lebron. He is only 25 and is the best point guard in the game, an almost definite HOFer, etc.

I'd take Wall any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. And I loooooooooooooooooove Chris Paul. I have his shoes, and was wearing them most of the day. And I still pick Wall.

He's far better than Derrick Rose; he's the real deal.

That's before the fact that we'd have to reach for our ankles if we were to get serious discussions with NOH for Paul. It'd take Devin AND our 1st, plus probably something like Yi, Lee or Williams to get CP3, AND they'd want us to take back either Posey or Stojakovic. In case you weren't doing the math, that KILLS our opportunity to execute a max FA signing. Ergo, no freaking chance.

There's only one place that franchise-altering players come cheap, and that's in the draft. We MUST stick to the plan.
