What age do Kids Need Tickets to Get In to Games?

Post#1 » by chatard5 » Wed Jan 13, 2010 8:24 am

Sorry, random question... I am lucky enough to go to the game tomorrow. I got free tix and am taking my sister and my neice. I'm sure she's young enough, but I just wanted to see if there's an age. Tough to tell a kid's age, it isn't like babies are free and that's it or something CRAZY, right? Thanks!

Per Conseco Fieldhouse fan guide

"Children's Tickets

Children under 24 months of age do not need a ticket for Pacers and Fever games. Requirements for other Conseco Fieldhouse events may vary. For more information, contact the Conseco Fieldhouse Box Office at (317) 917-2727."

^^Thanks, HSH. I wish that I knew, from going to Conseco a lot. Unfortunately, I've yet to see a game.

Perfect, thank you very much! Be sure and look for me. Could be tough to know who I am, I may need to bring a "chatard5" sign or something.

I always spot hardcore Pacers fans in Conseco and try to guess if they're on realgm and who they are. For the record, if you ever see me there, I am me. :)

Kids under 24 months shouldn't be allowed.

If they are not sleeping they are crying and being loud. They won't remember anything anyway!
Get a babysitter.

Babysitters cost more than Pacers tickets. If you're that bothered by noise, maybe a sports venue isn't the right place for you...

Luckily I spent the entire first half looking for you and didn't have to watch the terrible play of my beloved home team. Unfortunately unless you were the guy in the 'blue man group' garb, I didn't see you by the half so I to start watching the game. Low and behold, the Pacers saw my peak in interest and started playing hard!!!

I have taken my kid (under 24 months to 2 Pacer events) and he didn't cry at either, he actually seemed to enjoy watching the movement happening on the court. While I am sure he wont remember going, I like to think the experience somehow aided in is development!!

Also, I can assure you that a child being loud would not be terrible at Conseco considering how many crickets I have been able to hear chirp over the last two seasons!!!
