Having multiple guys from the same team
How bad can this hurt you? Right now I have Monta Ellis and Andris Biedrins. I've got a guy I am working on a package to acquire Baron Davis and Brandon Roy but he is wanting to include Stephen Curry. That'd give me 3 Warriors, is having too many guys fromt he same team a big problem?

It's almost irrelevant in roto. However in H2H, if for instance the Warriors have a 4 game week, then you are going to have a solid outing. However if Warriors have a 2 game week, then it can really cripple your chances that week.
Other than that angle, it can be a good thing to have players from the same team, as it acts as a minor insurance policy. Should one of them go down injured, it would be natural to assume the other two will try and cover the load and increase in value.
I'm interested to hear more about this deal involving Baron, Roy and Curry. What are you offering for them?

Re: Having multiple guys from the same team
I'm wanting to deal Melo, so I'm trying to trade him and get Gerald Wallace. Curry balances is out a bit as Melo is a higher ranked player than Wallace.
The package he is offering is Gerald Wallace/Baron/Roy/Curry for Nash/Melo/Kaman/Jamal Crawford.

I do that deal.
Gerald > Nash
Roy > Melo
Baron >>>>> Jamal
Curry < Kaman
I don't like judging trades like that but if you don't do that deal or one similar... ?

Gerald is better than Nash? IDK, I'd put then equal as they both score, and one boards and one dimes. Gerald doesn't turn the ball over as much, but Nash has a better FT% and more threes.

Gerald is not > than Nash and Roy has been hurt and is pretty equivalent to Carmello.
