It's obvious that the Wizards hate the Cavaliers, but is the hate substantial enough to avoid trading with them?

Hypothetical: Let's say Cleveland's offer for Jamison (or Butler) is slightly better than another eastern conference team's offer. Assuming that the trade would turn Cleveland into the best team (right now, it's still LA), would you advocate taking less in order to send Jamison somewhere else. Note: I mention only eastern teams, because it's obviously more beneficial to jettison your good but overpaid players to the opposite conference.
