Off season tunning

Post#1 » by geeman » Sat Mar 13, 2010 7:07 pm

Do you guys think a trade involving:
J Childress & (second) for Roy Hibbert is fair?

Would address our need for size and would he be a better player than some of the mid 1 round
bigs in this draft? IE Hassan Whiteside or Solomon Alabi

I only bring it up because I still think we lack the inside force that can block shot and maybe hit a simple turnaround shoutting over the defence. Al has to work so hard (fading, agles)

IND fans think Hibbert's gonna be good; they'd never trade him for a SF/SG type. Most of 'em want Murphy gone and all his minutes given to Hibbert.
My mother told me, she said, "Elwood, to make it in this world you either have to be oh, so clever or oh, so pleasant." Well, for years I was clever; I recommend pleasant.

I thought as much, but some of the mock drafts have the maybe looking at DeMarcus Cousins.

Hm. I would gladly take Murphy+2nd out of their hands for Chillz+1st. Murphy could do for us what we expected Ilgauskas would do.
