Post#1 » by dlts20 » Tue Mar 16, 2010 11:52 pm

Again, I dont really know the rules on this site yet still and I was 100% sure that I would see people talking about the Esquire interview with Gil when I showed up so IDK if I should post this or not. Probably not but feel free to lock if its wrong

I haven't even read it yet but now he come out with a tell all ? Right before his trial ?

Not so sure the courts are going to care to much for that. Let me go read this.

Yup, it is bad timing - especially talking about his gun collection that he says is somewhere between 400 and 500... guns. Uggg. I guess he's off the story about taking them to Verizon to keep them away from his kids. 500 guns might have been difficult to fit in his locker. It's his business, but do you really want to advertise that you have 500 guns in your house - or in storage?

He might want to double check about not needing a license... for 500 guns.

...that's 500 registered guns, right Gil?

And I also don't get the story about how he wanted to move them because of the kids. I imagine Gil has a big enough house that it wasn't because he needed the extra room. He said they were locked up and secure in a special room. Well, consider he had the oxygen room I would image this locked room to be right out of Get Smart.

I guess he is trying to control the message. We heard about a lot of guns. If you let the press control that message it could be really bad.

Don't think there is any need to register or have a license to just possess guns in Virginia...

Is it a crime to collect guns now? I find it especially harmless when most of them are antique guns (as far back as WW1).
