Down the stretch/Final Record Prediction

Post#1 » by GOBlazers » Fri Mar 19, 2010 10:11 pm

Not many games left until the playoffs begin. I have noticed the Spurs have a very difficult schedule to finish the season. Judging from their remaining schedule, I predict they will finish 8 and 8. What do you think?

GS
@ATL
@OKC
LAL
CLE
@BOS

@NJ
HOU
ORL
@LAL

@SAC
@PHO
MEM
@DEN
MIN
@DAL

I have my Blazers finishing the season 49-33 and your Spurs at 48-34 (Dont hate, just what seems likely to me)

I got the spurs winning 8 more not counting the GS win..putting us at 50 win season. I think thats worth the 5th seed.

Honestly I care less what seed we are. RJ has been playing so much better the last 1/2 dozen games. If he can keep this up we might have a chance of getting out of the first round....regardless the competition.

I sure hope it doesn't happen like how you say it. We're gonna start having a 5 game losing streak starting from our next game. Damn. Realistically, if we're gonna get beat by the teams that should beat us, and we beat the teams we're supposed to beat, then yes 8-8 sounds about right.

We will beat one of the three in the Cle-LAL-Bos run. They're all home games for us.

I think we finish at 52-30.

The magic game was disappointing. We have come up short with any team worth its salt. That's the most fusterating thing this season. Boston is very beatable and the Lakers. Can't see us beating Cleveland though.
