He means the blank page everyone gets when they click on the raptors forums via the teams page.

The reason that the latest discussions are not listed on the team pages is we recently made a change to the servers and the URL for the forums and the feature is tied to the old system. We are working to fix the problem and hopefully the recent discussions list will be back soon.
