Are you serious? That's a pipedream. And even if he chose not to stay in Cleveland, I don't see any way he picks somebody other than Brooklyn, who should have an airport's worth of cap space. If the Bulls have Kirk, Ben, Noc, Luol, Tyrus, Noah and a few others (Thabo, maybe an MLE guy) on the payroll, they will not have nearly enough cap space, and none of those guys will be expirers.
Hell, maybe he'll go to Portland to play with Roy/Aldridge/Oden. Now that should be illegal.
